第一临床学院：

基于我校与爱媛大学签订《本科生临床实习项目》协议，双方约定每年互派4名临床医学专业学生到对方学校短期交流2周。2019年交流项目启动以来，我校第一临床学院已派出4名同学赴该校交流，并接收对方两批8名同学来校学习。

2024年该项目申报要求如下：

1.基本要求：申请时为本科生5年级，有一定临床实习经历，外语沟通能力较强，通过校内及外方面试选拔；

2.派出时间：2025年1月中旬-2月末之间（具体由教务部门确定）

3.费用：免学费；国际机票、护照签证费、保险费、住宿费、生活费等自理。

4.材料报送：申请人提交英文填写简历（模版）、外语成绩单、护照首页复印件（可后补），于9月18日（周三）前报送到医院教务部。

5.选拔程序：医院组织材料初选，于9月25日（周三）前将初选名单报到国际交流合作中心，国际交流合作中心联系外方组织线上面试，由外方确认最终录取名单；

6.其他要求：由临床学院负责指导学生进行离校报备手续，并负责安全教育，组织学生开展回校交流报告；学生必须同意接受外方体检免疫要求；学生必须遵守外方临床实习注意事项。

附件2  外方学校临床实习注意事项

① Always wear a mask while in the hospital and medical school building.

②Always be careful of hand satellites.

③Do not wear fancy clothes that are inappropriate for training or clothes that expose too much skin.

④Do not wear accessories, decorative hair ornaments, thick-soled or high-heeled shoes, etc. during training.

⑤ Refrain from using smartphones during training, except for language assistance and minimal photography.

⑥Do not take photos that show the patient's personal information.

⑦Do not upload photos taken during the training to social media.

⑧Please be sure to follow the instructions of the receiving department.

⑨Have the LINE app on the smart phone and always stay in touch with the people involved.

⑩If you are feeling unwell, such as fever, cough, or severe fatigue, do not participate in the training and contact Ms. Fujimoto immediately.
